By using the platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another company's data, or attempt to bypass the tenant data-isolation mechanism (companyId scoping) or the login/authentication system.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or submit unlawful or harmful content to any AI agent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape it programmatically outside normal dashboard use, or deliberately overload the service (e.g. denial-of-service behavior).
• Resell or sublicense your access to the platform to another party without prior written permission from the ZOK AI team.
• Impersonate another person, or provide fabricated registration information about yourself or your company.
• Rely on AI-generated output as final legal, financial, accounting, medical, or government advice without independent human review, especially for important decisions.

AI agents on the platform are assistive tools that can make mistakes. Any AI-generated recommendation or text should be reviewed before being relied on for a real decision, especially on legal, financial, or regulatory matters. We do not guarantee any specific profit or operational outcome from using any AI feature on the platform. The AI provider used today is Anthropic (Claude API) — your conversation content is sent to it only when you use a feature that depends on it.

Before any request is sent to the external AI provider, the outbound text passes through an automated data-minimization layer that removes or replaces patterns such as email addresses, phone numbers, trade-license numbers, and any real known name for your company, wherever these can be automatically detected. This layer is applied centrally to every code path that reaches the AI provider — no code path bypasses it. That said, this is automated pattern detection, not 100% perfectly accurate, and it does not apply to uploaded image/document content (e.g. a trade-license photo) that inherently needs its real data to be read.

Violating this policy may result in your access being temporarily suspended, or your pilot participation being ended early, using the pilot lifecycle-control mechanism described in the ZOK Private Pilot Terms. Your data will not be deleted solely due to a violation unless you explicitly request deletion yourself.
