What ZOK AI is
ZOK AI is a smart business navigation platform — it helps you organize your business and provides information, operational plans, and AI agents to support your day-to-day business decisions. ZOK AI does not itself provide legal, accounting, financial, government, or medical advice — any such service happens only through a licensed party, with clear disclosure when it does.

أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تقدّمها وعن سرية كلمة مرورك. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو أكثر لتسجيل حساب أعمال (منتج ZOK Learn المنفصل للطلاب له آلية موافقة ولي أمر خاصة به — انظر سياسة الأطفال الخاصة به).
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You must be 18 or older to register a business account (the separate ZOK Learn product for students has its own parental-consent mechanism — see its child-safety policy).

AI features — what they do and don't mean
AI agents are assistive tools that can make mistakes. Any AI-generated recommendation or text should be reviewed before being relied on for a real decision, especially on legal, financial, or regulatory matters. We do not guarantee any specific profit or operational outcome from using any feature on the platform.

الخدمة مقدَّمة حاليًا بدون رسوم — لا يوجد نظام دفع أو اشتراك مفعّل في المنصة في الوقت الحالي. سيتم نشر سياسة استرداد وإلغاء واضحة قبل إطلاق أي باقة مدفوعة.
Pricing and payment
The service is currently offered free of charge — no payment or subscription system is active on the platform right now. A clear refund and cancellation policy will be published before any paid tier launches.

عند اتصال المنصة بخدمة خارجية (مثل ربط متجر Shopify الخاص بك)، فأنت تربطها بإرادتك، وتخضع تلك الخدمة لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة، لا لشروطنا.
Partner and third-party links
When the platform connects to an outside service (e.g. connecting your own Shopify store), you do so by your own choice, and that service is governed by its own terms and policies, not ours.
