The "ZOK Private Pilot" is a closed, invite-only trial for a small number of real UAE SME owners. Its purpose is testing the real product and gathering honest feedback — it is not a public launch, and there is no open public enrollment into this program.

Your pilot window starts at real activation (either your first genuine use, or an explicit activation by the ZOK AI team) and runs for exactly 14 calendar days. This is computed and enforced automatically, server-side — not a countdown that only lives in your browser.

Once the window ends, access to the product's features is automatically blocked, and you see a clear message explaining that. Your account and all of your real data (products, customers, orders, invoices, conversations) remain fully preserved and are never deleted solely because the pilot window ended.

The ZOK AI team (founder/Super Admin) can activate, extend, suspend, end early, or reactivate your pilot window — every one of these actions is recorded in an internal audit trail.

The pilot is entirely free. No payment or purchase system is active on the platform today — every price shown is a display price only and is not purchasable. Your pilot does not automatically convert into a paid plan when it ends; you will never be charged without your explicit prior consent, and that cannot happen today regardless, since purchasing is disabled everywhere.

Your pilot account is a real, ordinary account on the real product — not a specially monitored variant. The same operational-draft Privacy Policy and the same tenant data-isolation guarantee apply. You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account yourself, at any time, from the "Account & Data" page — whether your pilot window is active or has already ended.

By using the platform's AI features, you also agree to the Acceptable Use Policy & AI Use and Limitations — it is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may ask for your honest feedback during the pilot, including critical feedback. We will never use your company's name or a verbatim quote from you in any external material (e.g. investor materials) without your explicit, separate permission each time.

You may stop using the pilot or request account deletion at any time, for any reason, with no obligation. The ZOK AI team may also end or suspend your pilot participation early if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy, notifying you of this where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, ZOK AI's liability arising from your use of this private pilot is limited to the greatest extent that law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including — without limitation — liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence. This is a limited, law-conditioned exception, not an absolute exclusion of liability.
